Banh Cuon Saigon has been steaming rice rolls in the heart of Eden Center since 1996. Ours is the very first Vietnamese restaurant in the Northern Virginia area to serve banh cuon — and we've spent every year since perfecting it.
It's a family-run shop: the batter is steamed fresh in wide sheets all day, rolled around seasoned pork and shrimp with wood ear mushroom and onion, and served with the toppings our regulars plan their week around.
A look at what's coming out of our kitchen every day — steamed, grilled, and ladled fresh.
We're tucked into the Saigon West corridor of Eden Center — look for the steamer baskets and follow the smell of fresh rice rolls.
